MMXITS provide a remote access support service whereby we are able to support and maintain your devices from our offices. The benefits of utilizing this service include:

• There is no travel time involved and, as such, this cost saving in time is passed onto the customer
• Response times – since there is no travel involved, MMXITS staff are able to access your systems immediately and begin trouble shooting, providing for quicker response times
• In most cases, MMXITS is able to give the customer remote access to their systems which may be used for things like working from home, collecting email from the office server etc.
